In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on your destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. We are constantly working on improving our shipping times while keeping the same low prices for our customers. Please DO NOT order if you want the item before an expectant date, we hold no responsibility for logistics delays from the courier’s side.

We are a UK-based company and all returns are to our London offices, however our warehouse is currently in China.

 

OUR 30-DAY RETURNS POLICY

We want every customer to be a happy customer. If you're not satisfied with an item for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund provided that:
  • You initiate a return within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including any manufacturer packaging and accessories.
  • Clothing is unwashed and unworn.
  • The item is in its original and saleable condition and not damaged in any way. Returns will be refused if an item arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging.
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under UK Consumer Law.

 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS?

  • There are no charges for orders paid via credit card or debit card.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. You may be eligible for Paypal's Refunded Returns if you paid for your order with PayPal.
 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept change of mind returns on items that were bought on sale/clearance or with a discount code.


DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

We use a variety of postage and courier channels and we make every effort to ensure that your items arrive in one piece.

If you happen to receive an item that has a fault and is by no fault of your own, we will gladly replace it.

To ensure that a replacement is provided in the quickest time possible, please send and email to help@bellebaby.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your item and provide the following:
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

MISSING ITEMS

If there are items that do not have confirmed delivery to your shipping address after a reasonable period of time, we will send out a replacement or we may offer a refund.

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout prior to completing your order. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible if customer input errors result in you not receiving your item(s).

If an item is missing from your order, please notify us via email within 3 days of receiving your order at help@bellebaby.co.uk


PROCESS FOR RETURNS
If you would like to initiate a return, please send a return request to help@bellebaby.co.uk along with your order number, the name of the item you would like to return, and the reason for wanting to return the item. If there is a defect/fault with the item, please provide photos showing the fault as well as photos of the packaging.

We will get back to you with return instructions, including a postal address for returns.

Please DO NOT post any items to us until you have received authorisation for the return and instructions from our customer service.
